Ronke has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has a proven track record of delivering effective HR services within the private and public sector. Ronke is responsible for providing HR services to the charity and supporting her colleagues in their delivery of grants and funding to other charities. Ronke is passionate about youth development and transforming young people’s lives through sports, music, drama and art, a key objective of John Lyon’s Charity.
